The General Manager is responsible for having an outgoing and engaging customer service attitude. They should be able to handle all customer service or restaurant related issues.   • Perform perimeter checks and walk-throughs throughout the day.
  • Knowledge of the menu, including sensitives & common allergy ingredients.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of management systems & general computer literacy.  
  • Manage restaurant staff and ensure that they are on tasks and working to better the restaurant.
  • Work with others to keep all areas cleaned and stocked to the company’s standards at all times.
  • Engage with guests and ensure that they are being taken care of.  
  • Frequently check the cleanliness of all areas in the restaurant.
  • Answer emails daily.
  • Responsible for maintaining labor budgets in Front and Back of House.
  • Responsible for payroll.
  • Responsible for cash reconciliation.
  • Responsible for financials and keeping up with reports, budgets, etc.
  • Oversee ordering.
  • Oversee events, party planning & other programs.
  • Work with media & PR.
  • Update systems.
  • Primary contact for their company.
  • Perform other duties as directed.


Must have prior experience in RESTAURANT management. Must understand in detail how to read a P&L and how to balance both admin and floor management.
